2i Rete Gas completes the transfer to Centria S.r.l. of the plants in the ATEMs Foggia 1 – North and Bari 2 – South, which are being disposed of in compliance with AGCM’s provision

2i Rete Gas S.p.A. has completed today the disposal procedure, started on 29 March 2018 in accordance with provision no. 26957 of 5 January 2018 of the AGCM (the Antitrust Authority) and announced on 6 July 2018.

The operation ended with the disposal in favor of Centria S.r.l., a company belonging to the Estra Group, of the company Murgia Rete Gas Srl where 2i Rete Gas has conferred the assets, personnel and activities concerning the distribution of natural gas in the municipalities of Chieuti, Lesina, San Severo, Serracapriola and Torremaggiore (which are part of the ATEM Foggia 1 – North) and those of Conversano, Putignano, Rutigliano, Triggiano and Valenzano (included in the ATEM Bari 2 – South).
