F2i SGR S.p.A.
It is the majority shareholder and the largest independent asset management company at the national level. It manages the closed-end reserved alternative investment fund known as “F2i Terzo Fondo per le Infrastrutture,” owning 63.90% of our capital.
Finavias S.r.l.
It owns 36.04% of 2i Rete Gas S.p.A. directly and, in turn, is 62.20% owned by APG Asset Management, one of the largest pension fund managers globally, which invests in infrastructure and energy sectors. The remaining 37.80% is owned by Ardian, an important independent international investment company.
