For end clients of the network seeking information on sales aspects or electronic gas meters, we provide a call centre service through specific toll-free numbers, available Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.   By calling the toll-free numbers, end clients of the network can receive assistance on the following topics:

Our sales call centre can be reached from the specific toll-free number 800-997-710, free of charge from any telephone operator and device and available from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

If you are an end client of the network, you can contact the call centre for information on:

  • applications to start/resume the supply provided for by ARERA Resolution 40/14 as amended, including support for the use of the Customer Portal dedicated to this service;
  • application to resume a gas supply previously suspended for emergency service/loss of internal system;
  • requests for sales quotes issued directly by 2i Rete Gas;
  • petitions;
  • current sales campaigns,

End clients of the network can request comprehensive information about the electronic gas meter through our toll-free number 800-990-066.

Our call centre service is free of charge from any operator and telephone device and available from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Call the toll-free number to:

  • request information on the plan to fully replace the traditional meter with the electronic gas meter;
  • make a personalised appointment to replace the traditional meter with the electronic gas meter if it was not possible to do so during the planned service.
