THE SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING OF 2i RETE GAS APPROVES THE 2024 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Milan, 20 March 2025 –The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 2i Rete Gas S.p.A. today approved the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2024, as well as a resolution to carry over the annual net profit equal to 220.7 million euro.

The 2024 Annual Financial Report, which includes both the statutory and consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2024, will be made available to the public on the company’s website www.2iretegas.it and within the time limits provided for under applicable regulations.
